The script RWF Mail is a Form Proecssors script (process any kind of forms).

This is an fast to install and customize elcetronic mail form script.
Set required fields, cnofirmation electronic mail text, and human readable field descriptions for the electronic mail that comes to you. Submissions can also be logged on the server. The script is free, though there is an optional anti-spam module, which asks the user to answer a simple math equation, to verfiy they are human (and can add two numbers correctly!
